Project is the construction of Dolphin Real Estate Investment and Development Limited Company Office Building in Söğütözü, Ankara. It is comprised of the construction of a reinforced concrete office building with a total construction area of 20,300 square meters. It is designed as a high-performance European Class A

Typical office floors of approximately 675 gross square meters are sub-dividable to accommodate up two separate tenants. The compact floor plates and the building’s glass skin provide natural light and distant
views to all occupied tenant areas of each floor. The 2009 International Building Code (IBC) is used where these requirements are more stringent than those of local building codes.
