The project, constructed on a land of 36 decare in Aydos region of Pendik District, is one of the best examples of planned urbanization. 8 blocks with 8-storeys have been built using tunnel formwork on mat foundation. There are 16 apartments of 141,5 m² in each block. Total of 128 housing units constitute part of Kiptaş Aydos Housing Project of 1,000 residential units.
